Skilled services
Coordinate nursing, therapy and authorized services with clinical orders and records held by the approved clinical system.
Muzopilot · Specialized Commands
Bring agency relationships, care operations and connected clinical workflows into one Muzopilot experience.
A reusable foundation for agencies that deliver skilled care, nonmedical support, residential services—or a combination—using the sidebar, Muzo 360 and Custom 360 your team already knows.
Healthcare Command is In Development and is not available for paid activation. The capabilities below describe the agency workflows being prepared; customer availability depends on a qualified release, approved agency configuration and applicable provider access. No clinical service, payer connection, EVV acceptance or compliance certification is implied.
Coordinate nursing, therapy and authorized services with clinical orders and records held by the approved clinical system.
Connect personal-care and support plans, caregiver assignments, visit documentation and private or funded coverage.
Manage facilities, occupancy and support activities alongside home-based services when your agency operates both.
Service profiles may be combined. Branches, jurisdictions, staff permissions and provider requirements determine which workflows apply.
Connected from the beginning
Referrals and responsible parties connect to the same Muzo 360 relationship used for communications, documents and financial history. Care episodes carry their own permissions, consents and service history.
Link inquiries and referrals to consent, operational assessments, admission, service plans and discharge. Skilled services require a reference to an authoritative clinical order before a service plan can become active.
Connect staff identities, credentials, availability, recurring schedules and visit assignments. Check service dates, overlapping visits and authorized units before scheduling. Record service notes, exceptions and visit evidence.
Connect coverage and service authorizations to delivered visits. Prepare private-pay handoffs and payer claims against existing Muzopilot invoices. Link external remittance evidence to existing payments for reconciliation.
Configure facilities, rooms, bed capacity and occupancy within the same agency. Track transfers and medication assistance observations linked to clinical orders. Prescribing and regulated medication administration remain with qualified clinical systems.
Agency and branch scopes, care roles, version checks and record history govern changes. Signed service notes and original evidence remain preserved; corrections use explicit linked records.
Move from a person’s existing relationship to referrals, episodes, assignments, visits, service authorizations and billing preparation. Return to the same communications, documents and financial history without reopening the person as unrelated records.
The customer App follows existing Muzopilot navigation and responsive layouts. Corporate OS manages the same product’s readiness and onboarding, with no separate healthcare platform to administer.
Muzopilot owns agency operations and existing business records. OpenEMR is the selected clinical component candidate, subject to exact-release runtime qualification. Clinical diagnoses, orders, prescriptions and results remain with their designated clinical authority.
FHIR, applicable HL7, REST, signed events and secure exchanges have versioned boundaries. Individual EHR, EVV, government and payer adapters require supported access, compatibility checks and separate approval. A protocol contract does not mean an integration is activated.
The funding model includes private pay, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, VA, workers’ compensation and other documented funding. Requirements are configured for the agency, service and jurisdiction. Only the applicable external system can establish regulatory EVV receipt, claim acceptance or adjudication.
Approved local work can continue when a connector is unavailable.
Stable identifiers, versioned references and immutable receipts support controlled retry and reconciliation.
Tenant access, roles, schema deployment and providers are approved independently; no automatic enrollment or billing.

All packages share the same core Healthcare Command capabilities. Availability requires a qualified release and governed agency onboarding.
Follow each client from first inquiry through service delivery without entering the person again in disconnected modules. Check credentials, availability and authorized units before scheduling, and identify missing service evidence before billing.
Choose capacity for your agency size. All tiers use the same core capabilities; skilled, nonmedical and residential profiles control which workflows apply. Enterprise remains a written proposal.

Request proposal →Individual authorized caregiver accounts carry no additional per-seat charge. Proposed additional office seat: $29/month, requiring an approved billing change.
An active client is counted once across concurrent active care episodes. Office users are distinct authorized staff; caregiver-only accounts are excluded, and a dual-role office user counts once. Locations count distinct agreed operating sites.
Clinical orders and records remain in the approved clinical system. EHR, EVV and payer connections require supported access and approval; recording a visit does not establish regulatory acceptance. Medication assistance is not prescribing or a qualified medication administration system.
Implementation, clinical systems, provider usage and Managed Support are separately scoped. Enterprise capacity beyond 250 active clients, office users and locations is contract-defined.

Share your service mix, branches, jurisdictions, payer relationships and existing clinical systems. The existing Muzopilot prospect-to-customer process carries those requirements into a governed onboarding review. Do not include patient information in an inquiry.
Commercial scope and implementation are reviewed individually. Package rates and capacities are shown above; availability remains subject to governed release and agency qualification.
