Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Muzopilot account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Muzopilot mobile app (com.muzopilot.app) and the Muzopilot web platform.
Delete your account in the app or on the web
- Sign in to Muzopilot (mobile app or app.muzopilot.com).
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and your data is queued for permanent deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email support@muzopilot.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify ownership and complete the deletion. You can also reach privacy@muzopilot.com for any privacy request.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile and login credentials (name, email, phone)
- Digital business cards, leads, and contacts you created
- Photos and files you uploaded
- App usage and analytics events tied to your account
Data we retain, and for how long
Account data is deleted within 30 days of your request. We retain a limited set of records only where required by law — for example, billing and invoice records needed for tax and accounting — for the period required by applicable regulations, after which they are deleted. We do not sell personal data.
