A Muzopilot support agent will help you on a screen-share call. Three short steps below.
Free, open-source remote support tool. No account needed. Nothing left on your computer when you close it.
Not sure if your Mac is Intel or Apple Silicon? Apple menu → About This Mac → if you see "Apple M1/M2/M3/M4" → Apple Silicon. Otherwise → Intel.
After opening RustDesk, click the three-dot menu (top of the window) → ID/Relay Server. Paste these three values:
37.72.170.13837.72.170.138SKUkVqkbaawrkDRH8ZTCGdSTMefsTqMLUg00neiuTtI=Click Apply when done. The status dot in the bottom-left should turn green.
RustDesk shows you a 9-digit ID and a short password. Read those two to your Muzopilot support agent on the call. They will connect to your screen and you can see everything they do.
You can disconnect any time by closing the RustDesk window — your computer is never accessible after you close it.
Privacy: The connection runs through a server Muzopilot operates directly (not through any third party). The session leaves no software on your computer after you close RustDesk.
Stuck? Reply to your support call's email thread or email support@muzopilot.com.
