Muzopilot LLC ("Muzopilot," "we," "us," or "our") operates the muzopilot.com website and the Muzopilot platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, use our platform, or interact with our services.

• Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers on our servers)

Your data is stored on US-based servers operated by Hivelocity, a Tier III+ data center provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Regular automated backups with offsite storage
• Role-based access controls for internal team members
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Firewalled and monitored server infrastructure

While we take security seriously and implement reasonable safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies for login sessions, authentication, and security. These are necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies (optional) to help us understand how visitors interact with our website. You may opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not participate in ad networks or sell data to advertisers.

7. SMS / Text Messages

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are NEVER sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is excluded from any data sharing or sale described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

If you opt in to our SMS program, Muzopilot LLC may send you transactional messages (two-factor authentication codes, appointment reminders, invoice notifications, payment confirmations) and a limited number of marketing messages (no more than 4 per month) at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Mobile App Privacy

The Muzopilot mobile app (iOS and Android) collects the following additional data to provide its functionality:

• Push notification tokens: stored on our servers to deliver notifications about leads, invoices, appointments, and account activity. Used only for app functionality. Not shared with third parties.
• Biometric authentication: Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint data never leaves your device. We only receive a yes/no authentication result from your device's operating system.
• Camera access: used only when you actively scan a smart-card QR code or attach a photo to a record. Images are processed on-device and uploaded only when you explicitly submit them.
• Device identifiers: a device ID is stored with your push token to route notifications to the correct device. Not used for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.
• Crash and diagnostic data: anonymous crash reports and performance metrics help us fix bugs. Not linked to your account or identity.
• Offline data: the app caches your own business data locally for offline access. Cache is cleared on logout.

The Muzopilot mobile app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not collect your location, contacts, health data, financial account numbers, or browsing history.

9. Children's Privacy

Muzopilot services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. After account closure, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export or reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

Certain information may be retained longer if required by law, for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or for financial record-keeping as required by applicable regulations.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users at least 30 days before they take effect, via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Muzopilot after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
